Hi
Second thoughts on the start of the Saturday long run, probably best to wait until the new year, get Christmas out of the way and make a fresh start in January.
We are aiming at the Taunton Half Marathon in April and so there is plenty of time.

Great to see you back after the half term week, despite the weather both daytime and evening groups had a good run.
The evening group had what is known as an undulating course!! but you all managed it.
Good to see nearly all of you had reflective gear on, this is so important, even running through teignmouth, we need to be seen.
The longer runs start back next Saturday the 14th November, and is open to anyone wanting to try a longer distance at a comfortable pace, meeting at the car park in Dawlish at 8.30 am sorry but its 60p parking.
Anyone with any questions or worries just get a hold of me and I will see what I can do.
