Just to wish all the members of RED ROCK RUNNERS a wonderful Christmas and a VERY HAPPY NEW YEAR, I hope you will all have a lovely time with your families and friends.
Back in the new year on the 5th January,unless we are snowed in!!!
Until then have a great time and see you all in 2010.
Also Congratulations to Jan Bond for completing the Torrington Christmas Caper in a very creditable time of 2hrs 08mins this was 10 miles off road icy extremely muddy hilly wet (up to your Knees) and no I wont be back next year!!!

The daytime group have organised an evening out at the Elizabethan at Ideford this coming week, table has been booked, so all we have to do is get along there and have a great time.
A lunchtime meal has also been arranged on the following Tuesday at the Mount Pleasant at Midday.
I do hope the evening group will have a night out soon, if not before Christmas, then in the New Year.Getting them organised isn't an easy thing to do !!!!! Anyone wanting to take on the task please let me know.

Just to let you all know that our last run for both groups is the 15th December.
Re-commencing on the 5th January.
The long run starts on Saturday 9th January and will be open to all who wish to try a longer distance and possibly enter a half marathon in April.
Should the weather be an issue (i.e Snow or Ice) do get in touch to check the group is on.
Congratulations to Becki who ran at Cockington this weekend (and didn't slip up) she will be giving us a write up on the event shortly.
