To Julie and Debbie, who completed the marathon on Sunday,this was Debbies first ever marathon, and Julie's third.

It's LONDON MARATHON time again and I just want to wish our two ladies, Julie Garvey and Debbie Alford, GOOD LUCK.They have been training for months and I know everyone in the groups are really wishing them well.
It's going to be hot so remember girls plenty of sunscreen.
Also on Sunday we have Donna Robbins running in the Shakespeare Half Marathon, GOOD LUCK Donna and remember to just enjoy the day,and your Mums home cooking.!!
latest news is that Donna completed this half marathon and enjoyed it!! Congratulations, well done.

To all of you who heard the news re Marions accident, I just wanted to let you know that she has been released from hospital this afternoon ( Wednesday).
I know we all wish her back to full health and fitness, and send her our love.
A huge THANK YOU to the group for acting in such a brilliant way yesterday, I'm so proud of you all.

Firstly I would like to say "thank you" for all your kind words over the last week, it's lovely to know just how much the groups are appreciated.
After another week of very light exercise, I'm feeling more hopefull, so if you can keep with me for another week or so I'm hoping we will be back to full running, by May.
I shall be at the groups on Tuesday and Thursday, mornings and evenings, and we shall have a variety of sessions!!
I hope you all enjoy your running as much as I do taking the groups.

Well Congratulations to Marcia, Debbie, Julia and Sophie for completing this half marathon on a hot sunny day, and despite the blisters !!! . Hope you all enjoyed it and see you back running with the groups soon.
