About Us
We are a ladies running group who meet in Teignmouth And Dawlish who run not only for health and fitness but also to have some fun and make new friends.
At Dawlish we meet in the car park in Sandy Lane, on Tuesday and Thursdays at 9am.
In Teignmouth we meet in the Cliffden car park on Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 6.40pm
We cater for all abilities no matter what your age or shape and beginners are especially welcome .
